• What are the benefits of a sauna ?

The benefits range from improving physical health by increasing heart rate and thus reducing the risk of a heart attack, strengthening immune system, to boosting mental well-being by lessening the strains brought up by our hectic lifestyles.

The heat relaxes tension in muscles and is great after any sport activity, whether casual or played professionally.

  • Will I be able to handle the sauna by myself?

Our sauna is a wood fired one, which means it works like a standard stove. The burner is fed from outside, which means extra safety for people inside of the sauna. It takes up to an hour to heat up, so load it up, wait and then enjoy the heat - that’s all it takes!

  • Can you run the sauna at my festival?

Absolutely! We love festivals, and we are happy to bring it and run it at your event. We will even bring cool retro loungers, windbreak screen for privacy, fire pit (if allowed) and a ping pong table to create a proper chill out zone. Th plunge pool will be regularly re-filled and if there is a water supply nearby, we can create a makeshift shower.

  • How much wood will I need?

To reach the heat of around 80 degrees, you will need around ten to fifteen large logs of a good quality seasoned wood. We are happy to provide the sufficient amount of wood to last for up to three sauna sessions. Please look at the prices page for reference.

  • Have you got an insurance policy in place?

Yes, we have full public liability policy in place to cover us and yourselves.

  • Is sauna hygienic?

Our sauna is thoroughly cleaned after each use and oiled with specialised oil to maintain its longevity.
